Get that Glow

Let’s talk everyday makeup Routine with a Glow

I thought it was about time I showed you guys what I’m wearing for my everyday routine at the moment. Some of the products I have mentioned before and have become a staple piece in my makeup bag. I thought it would be nice to show you how I wear certain products to get my Glow on and just generally how I try and make myself presentable to the world!

Prep Prep Prep!

Firstly I’m going to prep the hell out of skin and try and get it as hydrated as possible before I wack on my makeup. I am loving Eyewake collagen Gel at the moment which I was very kindly sent. It really works at waking my eyes up in a morning *which I really need*.

Get my Glow on!

I’ve been switching between 2 trusty glow products from Beauty Pie over the last few months. I have ran out of the Liquid Luminizer so I’m relying on Pro- Glow drops to give me that subtle pzazz in the mornings. I just put a few drops and massage it in my skin and have a little shine for the day.

All about the base!

I still can’t stop my love for my Bareminerals tinted moisturizer in Opal. I just love the way it makes my skin look and feel and I genuinely feel like it hydrates my skin as the day goes on. It is minimal cover so it might not be for everybody or for a night out but it such a lovely product for my skin.

Conceal not reveal!

As I said the tinted moisturizer isn’t full coverage so I follow up with concealer where ever I think I need it. My favourites at the mo being Super luminous concealer in 100 (pink undertone) under the eyes and Nars Radiant creamy concealer in Vanilla for everywhere else.

Powder time!

I am one of those people who likes to finish off with a loose powder to set everything in place. I will look a little bit matte when I’ve finished but an hour in my skin’s already starting to get a more dewy look. My new powder love is No7 light loose powder in translucent.

Brow’s on Fleek!

As someone who didn’t use to do anything with their brow’s *forgive me* I have now realised the importance of a good structured brow. I use  NYX Sculpt and Highlight Brow contour in Taupe followed by Rimmel Brow this way styling gel in clear to set them.

Some Shadow

My Perfect Smoky eye pallet from Beauty Pie is great for everyday simple looks. The eyeshadows are great at standing the test of all day wearing even without a primer underneath. The colours are so pretty and can be worn for a full night time look or subtle everyday. I finish off my eyes with a coat of Max Factor 200 Calorie Curl Addict Mascara in Black Brown.

Don’t make me blush

I do like to change up what blusher I wear but at the moment I’ve been loving Nar’s best selling blush Orgasm. It pretty much suits every skin tone and even though it’s so pigmented it gives you a natural flush.

Heavenly Highlight

I am still completely in love with my Pro-Glow highlighter from Beauty Pie. I think it really suits my skin tone with its pinky pearl finish which I prefer to a bronze or gold finish. It is such a pigmented product that it’s going to last me forever and it works for a day and night look.

Luscious Lips

Lastly for lips it will be my lovely L’oreal Paris lipstick in 303. This is one of my favourite pinks for everyday because its quite sheer so it’s subtle but with a beautiful pink colour.
